This was the first time me and my three friends where going to Munnar with our families. Even though I have gone there with my friends we weren’t know about the homestay Castillo de woods. But this time we used to stay there. We all had a great time there. It was beyond our expectations. We eight members with three children enjoyed each and every moment. Castillo de woods gave us a homely feeling. It involves all the facilities which we need mainly, hot water for 24 hrs, WIFI, music with dj etc. Beyond that there was two staff whom we felt like a elder brother. He was there for whole time to help us . So thanku Castillo owner for giving that wonderful and most memorable moments in our life. Thanks jibichettaaaaa

Castillo de woods....nestled in the lap of prestine nature. This wasnt our first visit to Munnar. Not even the first to Vattavada. But this was the best. The resort is cosy, calm and beautiful. It evoked nostalgic childhood memories of my maternal ancerstoral home. The wooden Villa is well equipped, well maintained and the service there is very much commendable. The off roading trip offered is really an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Jiby Abraham for the pleasant stay. This was our first visit to your beautiful Castle. But surely this wont be the last.

If you are looking for a place to stay, look nowhere else!

We ten people spent two nights in this resort. It is an excellent place to stay with friends as well as family. It is an olden days traditional house meticulously rebuilt with all modern facilities. It is an ideal place to take rest from the mad rush of cities. you can simply sit on the veranda and enjoy the beautiful surrounding. I recommend an off-road trip by jeep those who stays here. The caretaker will take care of all your needs including jeep arrangements and he is an excellent cook too. Facility for camp fire and grill is also available. Please note only BSNL mobile works in this area.

Excellent interior and well maintained fully furnished Wooden house. We 8 went for a weekend and enjoyed more than expected. Hospitality and cook was awesome in Castillo de woods. Climate was extremely good and overall, we enjoyed staying there. Thanks!!
